With over 1,200 stores in 70 countries, a strong digital presence featuring 26 directly managed eCommerce sites, and multiple marketplaces worldwide, KIKO MILANO stands as a key player in the industry.

The Challenge

The key challenges included:

  • Omnichannel integration between the direct eCommerce platform and over 850 directly managed physical stores
  • Logistics optimization with a 360-degree view across all channels, enabling the introduction of new services such as Click & Collect and ship-from-store
  • Advanced product data management to ensure an optimized feed for each advertising platform
  • Seamless continuity of advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Shopping, Facebook, TikTok, and Criteo

The Solution

In a highly challenging project environment involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, KIKO MILANO selected Highstreet.io as its technology partner to ensure the continuity of digital campaigns and the seamless flow of product information.   • Reconfigure and optimize the Product Information Management (PIM) system for efficient product data management
